PROCESS | Bring Your Own Refills

  • STEP ONE

    First, order your refill via our refill product page, leave size details at checkout and select your fragrance. We will contact you with a quote. After accepting, the refill process can start!

  • STEP TWO

    At your cost, drop off or ship your empty jars to us here in Shorncliffe Qld. There is no need to clean out your jars, we will clean, wash and polish your jars, ready to refill. Now the fun starts!

  • STEP THREE

    We will fill your jar now with a fragrance of your choice. After, we will either deliver, local drop off or mail to your door. Wait times are as per job volume.
